“Twilight” Star Kiowa Gordon: In Police Custody

Allegedly getting behind the wheel after having a bit too much to drink, “Twilight” actor Kiowa Gordon was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in Mesa, Arizona.

As the 21-year-old star was taken into custody, authorities discovered an active warrant against him, stemming from a failed court appearance over a previous arrest for drug paraphernalia possession and supplying alcohol to minors.

Kiowa, who plays Embry Call in the franchise films, was taken to the Maricopa County Jail where was charged with DUI and held on $1,000 bond.

Still sitting behind bars today, Gordon has been scheduled for a court appearance on August 18.

Rob Lowe: I Flew with the 9/11 Hijackers

Just days after the news of Osama bin Laden’s death broke, Rob Lowe has recounted his firsthand experience of flying with the terrorists responsible for the 9/11 attacks.

The 47-year-old explained the terrifying situation with Ryan Seacrest earlier today (May 5), telling, “We shot ‘The West Wing’ in D.C. four times a year, and I always took the same early morning flight out of Dulles into Los Angeles. That flight would be the same flight that 11 days later would be highjacked and flown into the Pentagon. I knew the crew that died so that was always sad and disturbing.”

Rob continued, “It was a flight just like any other flight. I remember it was really crowded… there were people everywhere so they would’ve been all around me and there was nobody that looked odd, or different, or like a terrorist — just looked like normal people. It was completely uneventful and I think that is almost scarier.”

Lowe added, “About a year and half after 9/11, I was notified that I’m on a list of people that are being deposed for the trial on Zacarias Moussaoui. So I call my attorney…he says, ‘they have the manifest and they were all on the plane. Moussaoui ended up defended himself, and pleading out so I never had to be deposed thankfully but that was a disturbing day.”

Lindsay Lohan’s Theft Case Sent to L.A. City Attorney

Yielding yet another turn in her legal battle, Lindsay Lohan’s theft case will now be handed off from the county D.A.’s office to the L.A. City Attorney.

Just last month, Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that 25-year-old’s offense – which stems from the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace – would be reduced from it’s prior felony status.

As a result of that decision, the district attorney’s office has said, “Because the charge was reduced by the court to a misdemeanor, the district attorney no longer has jurisdiction to prosecute the case and therefore, we will give the case to the Los Angeles city attorney’s office.”

Lohan, who has already been sentenced to 120 days in behind bars and 480 hours of community service for a probation violation, is expected to enter a no-contest plea in the case against her, which could mean no additional jail time for the actress.

Ivanka Trump’s Alleged Stalker Held Without Bail

The accused stalker of Ivakna Trump was ordered held without bail on a felony rap earlier today – after he gave his address as “a volcano in Hawaii” and admitted he can’t stop “bothering” her.

Justin Massler had been charged only with misdemeanors for terrorizing Donald Trump’s pregnant daughter, but now faces criminal contempt charges – and up to four years in prison for ignoring court orders not to contact her or her family.

While on his extradition flight to New York yesterday, Massler told a Manhattan detective: “It’s really aliens who are responsible. It’s like if a guy had a gun to the back of your head and said you have to write a twitter message to Ivanka Trump. Would I be guilty of a crime? Not really.”

Since the new revelations in the case, a judge has ordered new orders of protection in the case for the Trump Clan.

Jail Time For Paris?

This weekend Paris was arrested for having almost a gram of cocaine in her purse.  This might end up in jail time for possession.  Paris denies the cocaine was hers, she says the purse she was carrying wasn’t even hers, it was her friends.  “This is so unfair it isn’t mine I don’t do that crap, I’m so upset.” This was a text her hair dresser said she texted him.  Officials say that she is telling contradictory stories.  First she said it wasn’t her purse, then she said she didn’t know it was in there, then she said she thought it was gum.  Since she said all of these things when she was  getting arrested, they can use these against her in court.  The purse she was carrying contained medication prescribed to Paris, $1,300, and other things like lip balm that belonged to her.. so everything in the purse belonged to her except the cocaine? That is not a plausible story. Paris has a DUI in California and two probation violations which wont be on her side when the court decides jail for her or not.

Court Fire Saves Lil Wayne from Sentencing

TMZ.Com has told us that Lil Wayne won’t be going to jail today after all — his hearing was just postponed due to a fire in the courthouse where he was scheduled to be sentenced.

We’re told the fire occurred in the basement of the Manhattan Criminal Court building at 10:29 AM ET — sending smoke throughout the building and causing a complete evacuation.

The fire was under control by 11:55 AM ET — but the damage was done … because Lil Wayne’s attorney says the courthouse has now been shut down for the rest of the day.

Wayne — who pled guilty to attempted weapons possession last year — was supposed to be sentenced last month … but the rapper was able to delay the hearing until today so he could have dental surgery on his grill.

Wayne’s attorney tells TMZ the rapper has no idea his sentencing has been postponed, because he’s on a plane right now.
