She’s always up to something, and yesterday (July 19), Hilary Duff was spotted arriving at the “Funny or Die” studios in Hollywood, CA.

With her hair in a high-ponytail and clad in a black ensemble, the “Beauty & the Briefcase” babe quickly made her way inside to prepare for the comedic gig.

Over the weekend, Duff joined in on the bizarre new craze called “Owling” where you perch yourself on anything with your knees close to your chest and your arms straight down.

Along with a picture of her “Owl” pose, Duff tweeted, “Didn’t wanna hit carmageddon so I’m just owling all weekend!”

The former “Hellcats” star looked cute in black leggings and a white pocketed tank as she made her way to her car while the on-hand paparazzi snapped away.

Meanwhile, viscous rumors have surfaced ever since Tisdale’s birthday/Fourth of July fun-filled weekend with “High School Musical” co-star Zac Efron.

Clearing the air and setting the rumor spreaders straight, Ash tweeted yesterday, “Family, and BOYFRIEND Scott. I will not let stupid rumors ruin all the fun we had! Xoxo.”

Bryce Dallas Howard: Baby On the Way!

Joining in on the Hollywood baby boom, Bryce Dallas Howard is the latest Tinseltown star to announce that a new family member is on the way!

The “Hereafter” actress confirmed the news via her rep, who happily told that Bryce and husband Seth Gabel are prepping for the arrival of their second child.

The new baby will join older brother Theo, whom the 30-year-old actress gave birth to back in 2007 – after which Bryce revealed that she battled postpartum depression.

Miss Howard told of the struggle, “Before Theo was born, I had been in good humor about my 80-pound weight gain, but I was now mortified by it. I felt I was failing at breast feeding. My house was a mess. I believed I was a terrible dog owner. I was certain I was an awful actress.”

She added, “Do I wish I had never endured postpartum depression? Absolutely. I…feel deep gratitude for those who stood by me, for the lesson that we must never be afraid to ask for help.”

Pairing up for a midday excursion in the bustling Big Apple, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were busy running errands in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (April 12).

With the Hollywood power couple lovingly holding hands, the duo popped into a few shops including Magnolia Bakery – possibly to place a special order for daughter Suri’s upcoming birthday festivities.

With their little angel turning 5-years-old on March 18th, Katie said of the celebratory plans, “[Suri] wants a piñata and [for] her girlfriends to come over. There will be swimming, and we’re going to make a cake together.”

“This is my favorite day of the year,” she added. “We’re going to have a tea party, and we’re going to girl it up.”

Hailee Steinfeld Eyes “Romeo and Juliet” Role

Her name is most likely one we’ll hear for years to come, and Hailee Steinfeld may have landed herself a rather big role.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 14-year-old actress is in negotiations to star as Juliet in a new “Romeo and Juliet” movie.

If she signs on, it will be Hailee’s first film since her award-winning performance in “True Grit.”

The film is reportedly set to begin shooting in Italy later this spring and is said to have a budget of about $15 million.

Jimmy Fallon Turns Universal Tour Guide

His career has certainly been trending upward over the past few years, and Jimmy Fallon will soon add yet another job title to his impressive resume.

It was announced today that the “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” star is set to become Universal Studios Hollywood’s newest “virtual studio tour guide.”

“We really had fun with filming my role,” Jimmy said in a press release. “We brought some writers out from our show and added some jokes, more play with the Studio Tour guides, the tram drivers and we added a song or two. The tour itself is a classic, a really great experience.”

Howard Stern Sues Sirius

He typically makes the news because of his big mouth, but Howard Stern is making headlines thanks to a lawsuit with Sirius Satellite Radio.

The Hollywood Reporter tells that the comedian’s company, One Twelve, Inc., and his agent Don Buchwarld are pressing charges against Sirius XM for stiffing Stern on promised stock.

According to the plaintiff, “In 2004, when Sirius desperately needed Stern to make its business viable, it induced him to move to Sirius by offering him a chance to share in the success of the company. Now that Stern has put the company on the map, brought in millions of subscribers, and helped it conquer its chief rival, Sirius has unilaterally decided that Stern has been paid enough. The amounts owed to One Twelve and Buchwald represent a fraction of the revenue that Stern enabled Sirius to achieve, yet Sirius refuses to honor its commitments to him and Buchwald.”

Stern is going after Sirius for breach of contract, money owed to him plus the interest accrued.

The “Twilight” star recently starred alongside the the iconic Uma Thurman, as the two paired up for the upcoming drama called “Bel Ami.”

When MTV News caught up with the “Kill Bill” babe, she raved about working with Pattinson. Uma told, “Robert Pattinson is, I think, going to be a really serious actor. I think he’s incredibly concrete in his presence on the set and obviously is very handsome. [He] is a very nice person and he’s sensitive. He’s present. … He’s a really good actor.”

Of Rob’s charming good looks, Miss Thurman continued, “Yes, he’s extremely dashing, like an old-world movie star. [But] he’s got a lot of weight to him. I don’t think he was knocked down by all the women they threw at him [during the filming of 'Bel Ami'], which I think is probably lucky for him.”

You never know what’s going to happen when celebrities get together for awards shows, and Rosario Dawson certainly dropped some jaws at Saturday’s Independent Spirit Awards.

While Eva Mendes and Paul Rudd were onstage, the “Unstoppable” actress hopped up alongside them and grabbed Rudd’s package!

Of her “ballsy” action, Dawson told Access Hollywood, “I was sitting there with my fork like, ‘If he doesn’t stop, I’m going to stab him with my fork.’ So I got up there and I stabbed him with my fork, and he didn’t stop, so I was like, alright, I’m going to grab his package.”

Rosario felt it was her duty as a womens’ right activist to defend Mendes – who was felt up by Paul in their scripted routine as presenters.
