Beyonce Knowles Talks New Album “4″

Her upcoming studio album will be titled “4″, and Beyoncé Knowles says it has very special significance to her.

The “Crazy in Love” songstress told press that she yielded to her fans’ wishes for the moniker on her new opus.

“Everywhere I look, I see them calling it ‘4.’ I had a whole other name and concept, but I keep seeing that the fans love the name ‘4,’ and I think it would be a really nice thing to let them name the record.”

“We all have special numbers in our lives, and 4 is that for me. It’s the day I was born. My mother’s birthday, and a lot of my friends’ birthdays, are on the fourth; April 4 is my wedding date.”

Jessica Simpson: My Wedding Date is Set!

She may not know what she’ll be walking down the aisle in just yet, but Jessica Simpson does have one major detail pinned down, her wedding date!

The newly crowned “Us Weekly” Style Icon of the Year told the mag, “I’m still trying to figure out what to wear! I don’t know if I want the big boom, or the curvy thing, but it will be something beautiful, adding, “I kind of have a couple ideas in my head, and I have a date; I’m really excited!”

The 30-year-old songstress, who is engaged to former NFL player Eric Johnson, also dished that she isn’t into die-hard dieting before the big day, telling, “I just have to work out on my own. There is no regimen I need to follow. There’s no diet I need to follow. I just need to do some things for myself and that’s it. And that will make me feel the happiest.”

Jessica continued, “No exercise is fun! I am going to dance around my bedroom and hopefully lose some weight — and lift some weights and do what I can!”

Fresh from her European tour, the “Firework” babe looked a bit tuckered out as she followed her “Get Him to the Greek” hubby into their temporary Big Apple digs as he did his best to shield her from paparazzi view.

While Katy was busy on tour, Russell attended the Big Apple premiere of his upcoming flick “Arthur” and showed up to the after-party with another girl!

Turns out, the lass was a young fan, who Brand happened to pick out of the crowd and invite into the after-party for an experience of a lifetime.

Just one month after accepting fiance Joey Kern’s proposal, the lovely actress worked the arrivals area sporting her two-and-a-half carat sparkler.

Talking about Ginnifer’s new bling with Us magazine, jewelry expert Michael O’Connor said, “It’s one of the most modern platinum settings that we’ve seen in Hollywood lately.”

Hugh Hefner Gets Engaged to Crystal Harris!

Ready to settle down with yet another one of his many model lovers, Hugh Hefner has gotten engaged to marry Crystal Harris.

The Playboy mogul made the joyous announcement via Twitter, as he wrote, “After the movie tonight, Crystal & I exchanged gifts. I gave Crystal a ring. A truly memorable Christmas Eve. When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory.”

The 84-year-old later added in clarification, “Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn’t mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all.”

This makes for the third marriage for Hefner, as he was wed to Mildred Williams (ending the wedlock in 1959), while more recently officially divorcing second wife Kimberly Conrad in 2009 after the two had parted ways back in 1998.

Christina Aguilera Dazzles at Madrid Premiere of “Burlesque”

Traveling the world to try and help boost box office numbers, the stars of “Burlesque” got all dressed up for their movie’s premiere in Madrid, Spain on Thursday night (December 9).

Held at Callao cinema, Christina Aguilera turned up in a sexy LBD as she joined alongside co-stars Cher, Cam Gigandet and Kristen Bell, as well as director Steven Antin.

Aside from her film promotional efforts, reports tell that Miss Aguilera will be jetting back to the States to partake in good friend Nicole Richie’s wedding with Joel Madden.

Allegedly set to perform a song at the sure to be fancy affair, a source told press of Miss Richie’s plans: “She’s keeping the dress a secret and hasn’t even told her bridesmaids who the designer is. Christina, who ironically is going through a divorce, will be performing a song. She has been a good friend and wants to be there for Nicole.”
I saw Burlesque and it was amazing! Usually there are slow parts in movies and I didn’t think any part of the movie was slow. All of the singing was amazing. I personally think she has one of the most amazing voices. The dancing in it you would think would be a little over the top but it totally wasn’t. It fit perfectly and was all around great. I highly suggest going to see the movie.

Christina Aguilera Addresses Bratman Breakup

Word of their separation hit the wire earlier today (October 12), and Christina Aguilera recently released a statement regarding her split from Jordan Bratman.

After five years of marriage, the “Stronger” singer told People magazine, “Although Jordan and I are separated, our commitment to our son Max remains as strong as ever.”

Aguilera and Bratman wed back in November 2005 and have their one son who was born in January 2008.

Christina’s statement comes just hours after a source close to the couple announced, “Yes they are separated. Right now they’re just trying to figure things out. There are no divorce proceedings at this point.”

A Pregnant Angel

Everyone’s favorite model, Miranda Kerr, a 27-year old Victoria’s Secret Angel has confirmed she is pregnant of four months to Spanish version of Vogue.  Miranda says it was so hard to keep the good news to her herself.  She didn’t want to let the news out too soon, but it was hard because of the horrible sickness she felt at a job.

She is excited and says, ” I think having children and pregnancy is apart of life. I look at models like Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio have done it, and made it apart of their lives.”

She and Orlando Bloom secretly had a wedding ceremony this July. Was the wedding because of the baby? Is the baby even his?

Zoe Saldana is engaged

Guess who has gotten engaged ? People.com tells us that Zoe Saldana’s year just got even better.

After walking the red carpet at the Oscars, where her film Avatar was nominated for Best Picture, the actress will now be walking down the aisle. Saldana, 32, and longtime boyfriend Keith Britton are engaged, her rep confirmed to PEOPLE.

No other details about the engagement were available.

The Star Trek star has quietly been dating Britton, CEO of online Web site My Fashion Data Base, but brought him as her date to an Oscar afterparty in March.
