Is Brad Pitt serious when he says he wants to quit acting in three years? “I am really enjoying the producing side and development of stories and putting those pieces together,” he explains. “And getting stories to the plate that might have had a tougher time otherwise.”  Brad Pitt told the Australian version of 60 minutes.
It’s quite possible Pitt is joking about quitting acting – he gets mildly exasperated with many of the questions throughout the interview. But he seems genuinely committed to taking only the best acting roles he can find in whatever time he has left – so his children can one day be proud of him.  I think it’s good that Brad cares so much about his kids will think when they get older.

Scarlett Johanssan says she is entiteld to her privacy. Scarlett is speaking out after a nude photo that she had in her cellphone was dislpayed over the internet after her cellphone was hacked. If it was a picture of her in a long prom dress I am sure she wouldn’t have had a problem but since she was nude its a big problem.

I dont know why celebrities dont learn their lesson and stop taking provocative pictures or making videos and then worry when the pictures or video somehow get into the hands of others. If you never take a picture or make a video that is too provocative you will never have to worry about it being stolen.

“Ned was heartbroken and went to Necker to take his mind off things,” a source told British tabloid The Sun of Rocknroll, 33, who separated from his wife, heiress Eliza Cowdray, earlier this year. “But when Kate came out they really hit it off.”

The pair have been dating ever since, British reports say. They were photographed walking together in central London earlier this week, both in town to attend the funeral of Richard Branson’s father, Ted.

Ned, who legally changed his name from Ned Abel Smith, works for Branson’s space initiative, Virgin Galactic. A rep for Winslet had no comment.

Turning up for an evening on the red carpet, Kendra Wilkinson was on-hand for the Blu-Ray release of “Scarface” in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday night (August 23).

The “Kendra” reality TV star was joined by hubby Hank Baskett while looking fabulous in a floral dress and nude heels as she turned heads at the Belasco Theater.

Ahead of the premiere, Ms Kendra tweeted, “On our way to a tribute to the movie “Scarface”. Definitely my type of event!”

Shortly after the movie soiree, the 26-year-old former Playboy hottie added, “wow what an event…now that was a reason to party!! ”

Carrie Fisher: I’m 50 Pounds Lighter!

It’s not uncommon for celebrities to put on weight as their age increases, but Carrie Fisher is bucking that trend with her success on the Jenny Craig weight loss system.

The “Star Wars” actress paid a visit to the “Today” show this morning (August 24) to share her fabulous new form- she’s lost 50 pounds so far.

When Ann Curry asked Fisher, a Jenny Craig spokesperson, where the rest of her had gone, she replied, “If I knew I don’t want to know, because then I’d have to go get it.”

At her heaviest, Carrie confessed, “I couldn’t leave the house [to go shopping], because they didn’t have sizes [large enough]. I exhausted the alphabet on bra sizes.”

As for her favorite item on the Jenny Craig menu, Fisher declared, “I love the cereal because it tastes like contraband.”

Benicio del Toro & Kimberly Stewart Name Daughter Delilah

Gushing like only a grandfather can do, Rod Stewart has revealed the name of daughter Kimberly and Benicio Del Toro’s baby girl to be Delilah.

While talking with USA Today, the “Have I Told You Lately” crooner sang out the newborn’s name, adding, “I’m a grandfather now. I’ve been going around blabbing that for hours now.”

Enjoying the welcome arrival, 32-year-old Kimberly and Academy Award-winning actor Benicio gave birth to their precious bundle of joy at Los Angeles’ Cedar Sinai hospital on Sunday (August 21) – while surrounded by family and friends.

After confirming the news the he and Stewart were expecting back in April, del Toro’s rep furthered the report, explaining that the two had split. “Benicio is the father and is very supportive. They are looking forward to the arrival of the baby.”

They sure know how to put on a show, and the cast of “Glee” has released a new music video for Fashion’s Night Out – which takes place on September 8th this year.

The talented cast filmed and recorded the creative offering to David Bowie’s song “Fashion” while it premiered during a rebroadcast of a Season 2 episode on Tuesday night.

Available for viewing pleasure above, the music video features the group decked out in designer ensembles as they strut their stuff down the catwalk.

Lea Michele sings lead and no doubt wows the audience while the other cast members, including Dianna Agron and Darren Criss, join in on the singing fun.

Darren Criss Hits the “Imogene” Set

Reporting for duty, Darren Criss was spotted on the set of his new movie “Imogene” in Queens, New York today (August 16).

The “Glee” guy looked to be in good spirits as he smiled and waved at the nearby paparazzi during a break in filming.

And coming up on September 10th, Darren will be performing at the closing party for the Festival of New American Musicals in Los Angeles.

Mr. Criss and the rest of his “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” cast (he’s taking over for Daniel Radcliffe) will give a special engagement, and tickets are going fast.

Taylor Momsen: I’ve “Quit Acting” Forever!

Looking to focus solely on her musical aspirations, Taylor Momsen says she’s left her acting days behind her – for good.

After rocking out onstage during her weekend performance at the Tokyo Summer Sonic music festival, the “Pretty Reckless” rocker dropped a bombshell, telling Elle magazine she has “quit acting” forever.

“I quit Gossip Girl and now tour and am in a band. That’s pretty much all I want to do. Hopefully, I’ll be able to only do that for the rest of my life,” Taylor told the publication.

Back in April, Momsen hinted towards her onscreen departure, telling Us Weekly, “[Music] is all I ever wanted to do with my life. I wanted to make records and tour, so it’s very exciting that our first record is coming out and people can actually hear it.”
