Kim Kardashian is giving out some secrets to In Touch’s story about Kourtney.  She has spoken out to dispel rumors about Kourtney and her baby daddy Scott Disick being together. In Touch’s cover says “Kourtney and Scott–Separated!” but Kim says other wise.  Kim says, ” Kourtney and Scott are not separated. They are actually doing really well.”  The pair are apparently doing well raising their child Mason together.

Rumors have been going around the Mariah Carey is pregnant. Well, from an inside source her pregnancy is confirmed.  Mariah is currently four months along in the pregnancy but her and her husband Nick Cannon  are not willing to share their impending parenthood to the press. Earlier this week, during a radio interview Nick Cannon shared, “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it time and time again, when my wife wants to talk about what ever she wants to talk about you will hear it directly from her.”  Nick has been recently telling his friends how excited he is to be a dad. Sources add that Mariah has been wanting to get pregnant but she wants to wait a full term before the lets the good news out to her fans.

You know her from The Hills, Kristin Cavalliar. She loves the single life but from rumors she has a new hottie on her eye. Sources were given to Perez Hilton that Kristen was seen at the Angels and Kings Lounge in Chicago IL. getting rather close to the Chicago Bears Quarterback, Jay Cutler.  Sources say the two of them were all over each other as if they were in love.  Anyone would thing the two of them were together, except that Kristin said she has known Jay since she was 15 years old and yes she saw him, but not in that way.  Who knows.  May there be a new cast member on the Hills soon? or one leaving?

This weekend Paris was arrested for having almost a gram of cocaine in her purse.  This might end up in jail time for possession.  Paris denies the cocaine was hers, she says the purse she was carrying wasn’t even hers, it was her friends.  “This is so unfair it isn’t mine I don’t do that crap, I’m so upset.” This was a text her hair dresser said she texted him.  Officials say that she is telling contradictory stories.  First she said it wasn’t her purse, then she said she didn’t know it was in there, then she said she thought it was gum.  Since she said all of these things when she was  getting arrested, they can use these against her in court.  The purse she was carrying contained medication prescribed to Paris, $1,300, and other things like lip balm that belonged to her.. so everything in the purse belonged to her except the cocaine? That is not a plausible story. Paris has a DUI in California and two probation violations which wont be on her side when the court decides jail for her or not.

No surprise that while Lindsay Lohan is sitting on her couch watching the True Blood that she missed and eating carvel soft serve, her lawyer is at court, hearing Lindsay’s strict terms..that means she won’t follow them.

For the next three months Lindsay has to reside in California, she has to see a mental health professional several times a week.  She has to attend five AA meetings a week!  She also has to take random drug and alcohol tests at least twice a week, every week.  If she fails to any of these terms, her punishment is spending 30 nights in jails for every violation!

Everyone has at least heard of the hit show Tila Tequila, A Shot at Love. Even if you hated the show, you couldn’t keep your eyes off of it.  Tila was grabbing some lunch with her friend and doing some shopping to keep her mind off of everything.  As evidence of her Jaggalo(a name given to insane clown posse or any other psychopathic hip hop groups) abuse, Tila Tequila covers her face with bandages where the juggalos hit her with rocks and glass bottles. Her wounds were obviously unfortunate and all, but she was clearly warned of her unpopularity with the juggalos. She insisted on performing.

Everyone’s favorite model, Miranda Kerr, a 27-year old Victoria’s Secret Angel has confirmed she is pregnant of four months to Spanish version of Vogue.  Miranda says it was so hard to keep the good news to her herself.  She didn’t want to let the news out too soon, but it was hard because of the horrible sickness she felt at a job.

She is excited and says, ” I think having children and pregnancy is apart of life. I look at models like Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio have done it, and made it apart of their lives.”

She and Orlando Bloom secretly had a wedding ceremony this July. Was the wedding because of the baby? Is the baby even his?

Dr. Frank Ryan became famous for his..um..amazing.. work on Heidi Montag from the MTV’s The Hills.  Unless she is willing to switch doctors for more plastic surgery, Heidi is out of luck for more plastics.  Her surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan was recently killed in a car accident on Wednesday, August 18th. It was discovered that he was driving up to his Malibu house and in the middle of a text when his car drove off of the road.

His ex-girlfriend says they were broken up but were still in close contact.  She says it was the only serious relationship she has ever been in, and he was the love of her life.  It was hard for them to stay away from each other.

Khloe, Kim and the rest of the Kardashian family have been trying to tell Kourtney that she is way to good for Scott, but Kourtney just hasn’t seen this.  Scott stays out till crazy hours of the night “working” at the club M.I.A., when he clearly is partying and drinking his nights away.  Even girls at Dash see him out at other clubs and bars taking shots.  He always makes Kourtney cancel her plans and meetings for Scott’s “meetings.”  Kourtney says she doesn’t mind and thinks everyone should stop focusing on everything he does.  Her family is just trying to open Kourtney’s eyes to what is really going on.  Finally after repeated nights of showing up at 6 A.M. and sleeping all day just to go out and do the same thing, Kourtney is starting to put her foot down.  Mason deserves a father who will be there in his life.

Reporters ask Khloe if she is ever going to have a baby soon.  Seeing how she loves to take care of Mason, why wouldn’t she have one of her own? Khloe says she doesn’t want to force it and let nature take its course.. If you aren’t birth control, things should happen.  This is weird because Lamar already has two kids of his own with his ex-wife Lisa Morales.  Are they really trying or is something else going on?

Almost two months after Heidi Montag went to court seeking legal separation from husband Spencer Pratt, the reality starlet filed for divorce.

Montag, 23, cites the usual irreconcilable differences in the divorce petition filed in Santa Monica, Calif., Superior Court.

“Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt,” Montag’s lawyer Jodeane Farrell tells PEOPLE. “The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce.”

The public and Montag’s own former costars from The Hills initially expressed doubts about whether the split was legitimate or another publicity stunt.

They were married last April at a church in Pasadena, Calif., and have been busy ever since.

Montag underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day this year. She followed that by firing Pratt as her manager and beginning her quest to become a big screen actress, filming a role in Adam Sandler’s Just Go With It, and also working on her music career.

Just recently, Pratt, 26, admitted to choosing fame over his wife telling PEOPLE, “We love each other but I’m a fame whore and I’ll never grow out of it. [Heidi] knows that and doesn’t want that.”
