Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood won’t be heading to prison … yet — because a judge just gave the MTV reality star one last chance to clear her name … by entering rehab.

TMZ broke the story … Amber struck a plea deal with prosecutors in her drug caselast month – a deal that would allow Amber to avoid a 5-year prison sentence by completing a court-mandated drug rehabilitation program. An Indiana judge approved the deal today.

If Amber successfully completes the Madison County Drug Court program, her drug case will be entirely dismissed — but if she screws up, she’ll be thrown in the slammer.

As we first reported, Amber was arrested in December for drug possession and failing to provide a urine sample (a stipulation of her probation).

Amber will remain in custody pending a full evaluation by the Drug Court team — which we’re told could take up to two weeks. Once accepted into the program, the judge will release her.

Nick Carter tells TMZ

Nick Carter tells TMZ … he WANTED to attend his sister’s funeral in NY this weekend, but his own family made it impossible for him to be there.

25-year-old Leslie Carter was laid to rest at a small ceremony in Upstate New York this weekend after a suspected prescription drug overdose. Several family members were present at the funeral, including Aaron Carter, but Nick was not.

Nick — who was on the road performing at a concert at the time of the ceremony — tells TMZ, “I wanted to be at my sister’s funeral, but my family has always had a complicated dynamic.”

Nick would not get specific about the circumstances … but sources close to the singer tell TMZ … he feels family members went out of their way to make sure he was not included.

Nick adds, “There are so many emotions for me surrounding the loss of my sister. I am trying to stay healthy, positive, and focused.

Maria Menounos Loses Super Bowl Bet — Bares Bod in Giants Bikini

Maria Menounos definitely showed a little “extra” today in New York City.

The TV personality bet fellow “Extra” correspondent A.J. Calloway that the New England Patriots would win the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, her team lost, and she had to pay up — by stripping down in front of New York Giants fans in Times Square wearing only a Giants bikini. Host Mario Lopezwas on hand to make sure Maria lived up to her end of the bargain.

Earlier Monday, Maria tweeted a photo of herself walking through a lobby in a robe with the caption, “Ready to face the music.”

Maria was so confident in Tom Brady and the Pats that she indulged in Super Bowl party food. “Problem with this bikini thing?i ate everything you wouldn’t eat in major quantities 2prove my confidence in winning.now it’ll be on display,” she posted Sunday night.

Casper has racked up a number of speeding and traffic-related charges, including speeding greater than 100 miles per hour and illegal drag racing, according to police records. He was also charged with driving without a valid license in 2004, 2006 and 2007, evading electronic toll charges in 2005 and exceeding maximum speeds of 65 miles per hour in 2004 and 2005

What is a prince to do while he is in Las Vegas? Party of course. Prince Harry has gone clubbing the three nights that he has been stasying in Las Vegas. With two nights of clubbing, gambling and a show already under his belt during his Las Vegas stay, Prince Harry decided to celebrate what is expected to be his last night in Sin City by doing, well, what else: going to a nightclub Sunday night.

Returning to Encore Las Vegas’s XS Nightclub around 12:30 a.m. Monday morning, the same place he partied at the previous night, the fun-loving prince relaxed in a VIP table away from the dance floor, listening to a deejay set by the Manufactured Superstars.

Harry sipped a vodka cocktail, while a group of eight people – four men, two women, two security guards – at his table drank from bottles of Grey Goose and Dom Perignon, Coors Light beers and Fiji water.

I am sure the whole family is enjoying the new addition to the family. I am glad Niki and her husband showed us a picture instead of having to wait til some tabloid or magazine pays them big bucks for a picture.

Brad pitt says he will quit acting….. in three years

Is Brad Pitt serious when he says he wants to quit acting in three years? “I am really enjoying the producing side and development of stories and putting those pieces together,” he explains. “And getting stories to the plate that might have had a tougher time otherwise.”  Brad Pitt told the Australian version of 60 minutes.
It’s quite possible Pitt is joking about quitting acting – he gets mildly exasperated with many of the questions throughout the interview. But he seems genuinely committed to taking only the best acting roles he can find in whatever time he has left – so his children can one day be proud of him.  I think it’s good that Brad cares so much about his kids will think when they get older.

Mariah Carey introduces solid foods to her 6 month old twins

Mariah Carey lets us know that she has introduced solid foods to her twins Monroe and Morrocan.

“They’re eating their cereal now,” Carey told  PEOPLE. “And they sit propped up in their little chairs. They each have one, in pink and blue.”

And Mom is making sure they get off to a healthy start too.

“I’m trying to do more veggies than fruits,” she explains.

“We use a Baby Bullet (to purée the food). I’m trying to cut down on all the sugar. You’ll make them happy with applesauce, but they do like zucchini.”

Have you been wondering how much weight Nancy Grace lost since she first started dancing with the stars? Nancy who was sent home on Tuesday says she lost 25 pounds while dancing on the show. Nancy who is happoy that she lost the weight isnt sure if she is going to keep it up but she will try she says.

Nancy said she wont have a partner dancing with her 8 hours a day to keep the weight off. I think she will be ableto keep it off though. I think she looks great.

Kelly Osbourne is recovering after suffering a concussion

Kelly Osbourne is recovering from acuncussion she suffered while out having fin with friends. Kelly split her head open while dancing at a club with friends. “Long story short I cracked my head open then kept passing out,” Osbourne, 27, Tweeted on Sunday.

Sharon Osbourne flew cross-country to be with her daughter over the weekend, and elaborated on Kelly’s injury on her daytime talk show, The Talk, on Monday afternoon.

Kelly, a former Dancing with the Stars contestant, was dancing at a club when the injury happened, according to her mother.

“The guy takes down her to dip, and as her dips her down, she hits her head on an amplifier,” Sharon Osbourne said on The Talk. “It split her head open.”

Kelly returned to her hotel after the mishap, but was later taken to a hospital after she fainted twice. There, she received stitches and was told she had a concussion, Sharon said. She’s now back in Los Angeles recovering.
