Benicio del Toro & Kimberly Stewart Name Daughter Delilah

Gushing like only a grandfather can do, Rod Stewart has revealed the name of daughter Kimberly and Benicio Del Toro’s baby girl to be Delilah.

While talking with USA Today, the “Have I Told You Lately” crooner sang out the newborn’s name, adding, “I’m a grandfather now. I’ve been going around blabbing that for hours now.”

Enjoying the welcome arrival, 32-year-old Kimberly and Academy Award-winning actor Benicio gave birth to their precious bundle of joy at Los Angeles’ Cedar Sinai hospital on Sunday (August 21) – while surrounded by family and friends.

After confirming the news the he and Stewart were expecting back in April, del Toro’s rep furthered the report, explaining that the two had split. “Benicio is the father and is very supportive. They are looking forward to the arrival of the baby.”

The reality TV starlet and the “Wizards of Waverly Place” actress have been announced as new additions to present awards at the annual event along with a plethora of fellow celebs.

Also slated to dish out hardware are stars such as Jonah Hill, Rick Ross, Seth Rogen and Odd Future – with the show taking place on Sunday, August 28th on MTV.

Adding to the excitement, Bruno Mars has a night to look forward to – as he’s not only up for Best Male Video and Best Pop Video for “Grenade,” he’s also set to take the stage for one of his spectacular performances.

Kanye West & Jay-Z Reveal Album Cover Art

It doesn’t hit stores until next month, but the new album from Jay-Z and Kanye West is already creating some serious buzz.

Watch the Throne became available for pre-order yesterday and the cover art looks to be quite luxurious.

The packaging will feature a royal metallic gold motif including ornately-carved graphics designed by Riccardo Tisci, Givenchy’s creative director.

With a release date of August 2nd, Watch the Throne will be available in a 10-song regular edition as well as a 14-song deluxe package.

Eva Mendes: Perfume Singer

She’s thrilled to have scored a new gig as the face of Angel by Thierry Mugler, and Eva Mendes is expressing her joy through song.

The “We Own the Night” babe told press that she’ll be showing off her songbird pipes in a new commercial due out this fall.

Eva explained, “It was my idea. They presented me with the song ‘Windmills of Your Mind,’ and they wanted to modernize it so I said, ‘Well, this happens to be one of my favorite songs, I’ll sing it.’ It fits the commercial so beautifully.”

Mendes also mentioned that she was prepared for the project through regular voice lessons. . “I always take random classes that will help kind of keep my instrument in good working condition. So I’ll take vocal lessons or some dance classes, so I always think that you have to be prepared for certain opportunities that are going to come your way.”

Shania Twain Gets a Star on the Walk of Fame

Arriving for a very special event, Shania Twain was spotted in front of the W Hotel on Hollywood Blvd in Hollywood, CA.

Joined by husband Frederic Thiebaud, the “Feels Like a Woman” singer showed up to received the 2442nd star on the infamous Walk of Fame.

The star is well-deserved, as Twain over the years has received five Grammys, eight No. 1 hits and an album, and the 1997 offering “Come on Over,” that became the top-selling album of all time by a female in any genre.

Expressing her gratitude via Twitter, Shania wrote earlier, “Thank you to all my fans and everyone who came out to the ceremony today.”

Aside from looking for a new love shack, Christensen has vowed to launch an appeal after a judge dismissed his lawsuit against the TV producers he accused of stealing his idea for a comedy series.

The Canadian actor and his brother, Tove, filed suit against executives at the USA Network over allegations claiming that one of the channel’s shows is based on an idea the brothers pitched to them back in 2005.

The Christensen brothers say that their proposal for a show named “Housecall” – which was about a doctor who makes home visits to rich and famous clients – was turned into “Royal Pains,” starring Mark Feuerstein.

Vanessa Hudgens & Josh Hutcherson’s Zip-Lining Getaway

They’re always looking for a thrill, and on Sunday Vanessa Hudgens and Josh Hutcherson had quite an adventure.

Indulging their inner-daredevils, the rumored couple headed over to Navitat Canopy Adventures in Ashvelle, North Carolina.

Vanessa and Josh strapped on their safety gear and proceeded to go zip-lining on the company’s fun-filled grounds.

And afterwards, they got their picture taken and were invited by Navitat to visit their new Los Angeles-area location.

Mandy Moore Steps Out for Pet Healthcare Awareness

She’s always had a soft heart, and Mandy Moore was on sight for the PetArmor Protection Pledge at ASPCA Headquarters in New York City on Wednesday (April 20).

The “Tangled” star looked cute in a skirt, top and heels as she signed the pledge to help elevate the importance of pet healthcare while also posing for pictures for the on-hand photogs.

Moore is all about bettering the lives of the nation’s pets as PetArmor contains the same amount of fibronil used in Frontline but, according to the ASPCA’s veterinarian Jennifer Lander, sells at a lower cost and is safe for use on both cats and dogs.

This new product benefits humans, as well. “Most of us sleep with our cats and dogs so it’s important for our health as well to keep ticks and fleas out of the bed,” Lander said, adding that many diseases can be spread by ticks and fleas including Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever and Lyme Disease.
