luke Bryan a dad for the second time

Congratulations are in order for Luke Bryan. People.com tell us that Luke Bryan got his second fishing partner with the birth of son Tatum Christopher, who arrived a week earlier than planned at 9:48 a.m. Wednesday morning. He weighed in at 6 lbs., 8 oz.

“All I ever hoped for was one boy and to have two, it’s going to be fun. I’ve already got new fishing spots picked out for us,” Bryan, 34, tells PEOPLE exclusively.

The singer called from his cell phone while at a local Sonic where he was picking up a lemon berry slush for wife Caroline, 30.

“I had planned to buy her a little present today but then the baby came early, so the slushie will have to do it for now,” he explains with a laugh.

The singer’s other fishing buddy, elder son Bo, 2, hasn’t met his little brother yet.

“He was playing on the slide at the Chick-fil-A with his nanny when we called to tell him – I think he was more concerned with his chicken nuggets than the baby at the time,” Bryan says.

But he may change his tune when he meets Tatum, whom the country star says looks “pretty much like a carbon copy of Bo.”

Jeff Gordon and wife welcome a baby boy

Racer Jeff Gordon must be smiling from ear to ear. People.com tells us Jeff Gordon is racing toward an even bigger, happier family: The NASCAR star is now the father of two.

Gordon and his wife Ingrid Vandebosch, both 39, welcomed son Leo Benjamin on Monday at 8:53 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs, 2 oz., and measured 19 inches long.

“He’s happy and healthy, and Mom is doing great,” Gordon writes on his official Web site where he announced the news.

After sharing the news about his growing family in February, Gordon and Vandebosch revealed the next month that they were expecting a baby boy. I wonder when all the baby gifts will start showing up at their door ?

Nick cannon tries to address Pregnancy rumors

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Though wife Mariah Carey sparked speculation that she might be pregnant after pulling out of an upcoming film, Nick Cannon says the public shouldn’t jump to any conclusions – yet.

“If & when my wife is ready to make ANY announcements about private matters she will do it personally,” he Tweeted on Wednesday. “Thanks for being respectful. God Bless.”

Cannon, 29, who revealed last week that one member of their family is indeed pregnant – Jack Russell terrier, Cha Cha – adds that he now sympathizes with other women who are watched closely in the spotlight.

“My heart goes out to any woman who has to deal with public scrutiny and speculation pertaining to their private life REAL TALK!,” he said on Twitter.

While the couple have remained tight-lipped on rumors that Carey, 40, is expecting their first child, Canon has been vocal about starting a family with his wife of two years. “We’re going to do it,” he said in March 2009. And in keeping with his promise on Twitter, “When we do it we’re going to let you all know,” he said.

‘Price Is Right’ Suit – They Called Me ‘Wide Load’

TMZ.Com has told us that a former “Price Is Right” model claims the show was so cruel about staffers becoming pregnant, she suffered a miscarriage from stress and abuse.
Brandi Cochran claims she became pregnant in 2007 but didn’t tell anyone because she was afraid of getting fired. Brandi claims the stress was so severe, “that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage.”

Brandi claims when she told a producer about the miscarriage, the producer told her, “It’s natures way of getting rid of a bad baby.”

In late 2008, Cochran became pregnant again. She claims, in the lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, a producer put his hands on his head when he learned she was having twins.

In the docs, Brandi claims when she walked past a producer he said, “Wide load coming through.”

Brandi says she had complications from the pregnancy and went on disability. She claims she was eventually squeezed out of her job on February 23.

Brandi was a prize model during Bob Barker’s reign as well as Drew Carey‘s.

CBS had no comment on the lawsuit.
