Could that smile be because Charlie will be getting a 100 miliion dollar settlement?

Brooke Mueller was seen looking happy as she was shopping.  Tmz had reported that Warner Bros will be paying Charlie Sheen a 100 million dollar settlement and maybe that is why Brooke looks so happy. We all know that if Charlie gets paid so will Brooke. Its a win win situation for all involved with Charlie Sheen.
