Kim Kardashian & Reggie Bush Taking Step Back in Their Relationship

People.Com tells us that another week, another split rumor for Kim Kardashian and her NFL beau Reggie Bush.

The couple, who started dating in 2007 and broke up briefly in 2009, haven’t ended things – but they are taking a step back in their relationship.

“They are trying to decide what to do right now,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Reggie has issues with her busy life and schedule and she can’t give it all up.”

But this couple isn’t calling it quits yet.

On Monday, Bush flew to Miami and spent the day with Kardashian. Says the source: “It was super cool between them.”

After reconciling in Sept. 2009, Kardashian told PEOPLE that her time apart from Bush would ultimately help them grow stronger as a couple. “I think sometimes people need to take a break just to take time off to see how much they need each other and how much they really are compatible,” she said at the time. “We just made the decision that we want to make it work, and the time off was really beneficial for the both of us.”

Kardashian subsequently bought a house for herself in Beverly Hills, and the couple considered moving in together.

“She’s totally happy and fine with everything,” the source says. “Kim and Reggie are best friends; they really are. It’s just more that he can’t deal with her life and all the fame she’s gotten. She and Reggie started dating before she even had her show. They are working on seeing what they both want.”

Reps for both Bush and Kardashian did not return calls for comment.

Tim McGraw Speaks Out About Sandra Bullock

People.Com tells us that Tim McGraw, who plays Sandra Bullock’s husband in The Blind Side, is speaking out about his costar, who is dealing with allegations of infidelity by her husband Jesse James.

“I haven’t [reached out to Bullock]. You know, she’s got a lot on her plate,” McGraw, 42, tells Entertainment Tonight Canada in an interview airing Friday. “I just wish her nothing but the best.”

McGraw, who spoke to ET Canada Thursday in Vancouver before his concert, added that Bullock, 45, can weather this marital storm. “She’s tough,” he says. “I’m not that tough.”

On the professional front, McGraw praises Bullock as a great teacher and coworker. “She’s such a professional. She’s so great. I’ve learned a lot from her,” he says. “We certainly got friendly. She’s a very friendly person. A really nice person.”

As for Bullock’s Best Actress Oscar win for The Blind Side, he says, “It’s such an elusive trophy, but her performance was so good that it was just so hard to overlook that.”

Shaq — A Free Man … Almost

TMZ.Com tells us that Shaquille O’Neal is partially divorced from wife Shaunie. Allow us to explain.

As we first reported, Shaq and Shaunie pretty much settled the terms of their divorce, but it took two different states to end the marriage. A California judge was handling custody and visitation matters, while a Florida judge was handling spousal support, property division and the official dissolution of the marriage.

We learned last Monday a judgment was entered on custody and visitation issues, though the terms are confidential.

Sources tell us Shaq and Shaunie have agreed on all spousal support and property issues, and papers will be filed in Florida soon. But the case is over, except for the part where the Florida judge signs the marriage-kill document.

Jesse James to Cops: Photog is Stalking Me

TMZ.Com tells us that Jesse James made a citizen’s arrest just a few minutes ago … TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us a paparazzo called Long Beach cops moments ago and reported that his car had been vandalized outside of West Coast Choppers by Jesse James.

Cops arrived at West Coast Choppers and Jesse claimed the accusing photog had been stalking him. Jesse and the photog made citizen’s arrests on each other.

The cops did not take either person into custody, but they are investigating.

T.I. — Rapper with a Curfew

TMZ.Com tells us that T.I. will finally get to roam free today for the first time since he was locked up for weapons charges last year … but he’s still gonna have the curfew of a 16-year-old schoolboy.

T.I.’s attorney, Steve Sadow, tells TMZ the rapper — who’s been serving the last 30 days of his sentence under house arrest — will officially be done today.

T.I. will now be placed under 23 days of supervised release … which means he’ll have to be home by 11 PM unless he’s performing, which he’ll have to be in by 1 AM.

The rapper — real name Clifford Harris — will also have to complete 400 hours of community service and will be on probation for three years.

Warren Sapp Off the Hook in Battery Case

TMZ.Com tells us that former NFL superstar Warren Sapp will not face criminal charges for allegedly beating a woman during Super Bowl weekend in Miami this year.

The Florida State Attorney’s Office just announced that “the State cannot file charges … due to the totality of the evidence and inconsistencies with the victim testimony and the physical evidence gathered during the investigation.”

The woman told authorities that Sapp got violent with her in his hotel room on February 6, 2010 because he wanted her to leave. But according to officials, there were many inconsistencies in the alleged victim’s story.

Authorities say the woman told investigators that Sapp beat her so badly that she could “barely walk ” and needed help from an “anonymous man” to leave the building — but video surveillance shows she never received any aid from anyone … and was walking without a limp.

Ultimately, officials decided they could not prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt and “ethically meet our burden.”

Eyewitness: Dr. Conrad Murray Hid the Propofol

TMZ has learned the man who called 911 at Michael Jackson’s house the day he died told police Dr. Conrad Murray hid bottles of Propofol from family members and authorities.

The witness — bodyguard Alberto Alvarez — told cops he saw Dr. Murray running around the room hiding Propofol bottles in a closet near the room where the doctor administered the drug to Jackson.

Authorities found bottles of the anesthetic in what looks like a secret compartment area of the closet.

A source close to Dr. Murray told TMZ Alvarez made the statement two months after Jackson’s death … in the office of his lawyer, Carl Douglas … when Alvarez was questioned again by cops. Douglas, by the way, is also a lawyer for the Jackson family.

The source says Alvarez’ statement contradicts what he told cops the day of Jackson’s death. The source says Alvarez never told cops at the scene about hiding Propofol.

TMZ.Com tells us that the source notes … and we have confirmed … Dr. Murray told cops two days after Jackson’s death where the Propofol bottles could be found.

As we first reported, one of the bottles of Propofol in the closet was empty with a large tear in the rubber stopper. Law enforcement sources believe Dr. Murray may have connected the large bottle of Propofol directly into the IV and a massive amount of the drug, they believe entered Jackson’s system and killed him.

UPDATE: We’re also told Alvarez told cops during the interview in Douglas’ office that he saw a milky white substance in an IV bag. As we first reported the IV bag in the room contained no traces of Propofol.

James Brown Did Not Continue His World Tour

TMZ.Com tells us that there are reports that James Brown‘s body is missing from his crypt — as in, stolen — but TMZ has learned the Godfather of Soul never left the building.

The morbid dispute arose when one of Brown’s illegitimate daughters, LaRhonda Pettit, told a UK newspaper that the singer’s body was mysteriously moved from the temporary crypt in South Carolina in an attempt to keep her from having another autopsy performed on the body.

Brown died in 2006 — and Pettit had suggested foul play.

But a lawyer who represents 5 of Brown’s children tells TMZ James is right where he should be — in his crypt — still dressed to the nines in one of his famously awesome “farewell” outfits.
