Barry Bonds Divorce — Back On
TMZ.Com tells is that Barry Bonds‘ wife has had yet another change of heart — TMZ has learned she has filed new documents to end her marriage.
In papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court yesterday, Liz Bonds cites irreconcilable differences.
She is asking for joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s daughter.
As we previously reported, Liz had filed for legal separation in June of last year — but withdrew her petition one month later.
The couple was married back in 1998. Liz claims their relationship ended in January of 2010.
UPDATE: TMZ has obtained a court document which shows, according to Elizabeth, the parties have already reached a “mutual settlement agreement” over assets.
Brittany Murphy — 109 Mystery Pills
TMZ.Com tells us that Brittany Murphy obtained a prescription for 120hydrocodone (Vicodin) pills 11 days before her death …. and the day she died there were only 11 pills left in the bottle … TMZ has learned.
What’s more we’ve learned the L.A. County Coroner’s Office cannot locate the doctor who prescribed the pills and they are on the hunt to find him.
According to the Coroner’s report on Murphy’s death, the pills — which we’ve learned were prescribed specifically to Murphy — were supposed to be taken a maximum of 4 times a day. Yet 109 of the pills were missing from the bottle when she died. If Brittany had maxed out on the prescription, only 44 pills should have been missing.
So why were so many pills prescribed in the first place? That’s what the Coroner wants to know. The doctor’s name on the pill bottle is Cohen, but so far the Coroner can’t locate him. A member of the Coroner’s Office went to Brittany’s husband, Simon Monjack, to assist them in locating the doc, but we’re told Simon was no help.
The cause of Brittany Murphy’s death is listed as “accidental” — the result of pneumonia, along with prescription and over-the-counter drugs.
Andrew Koenig’s Parents — Why We Walked
TMZ.com tells us that Andrew Koenig‘s parents claim they bailed on Larry King last night because they felt the show was being “disrespectful” by pushing back their live interview several times on last night’s show.
TMZ spoke to Walter Koenig who told us they felt Larry did not give them “enough time to do credit to what we had to say.”
The Koenigs were supposed to do an interview from the Vancouver hotel room where they’ve been staying, while continuing to search for their missing son.
Well placed sources tell TMZ the Koenigs were told they were supposed to go live at 6:30 PM PST — but the interview was pushed back after LKL decided to cover the breaking SeaWorld whale tragedy.
We’re told at 6:55, after looking at his watch several times, Walter and his wife walked into the bedroom and asked the crew to leave.
Walter told us, “We felt it was disrespectful.”
Brooke Mueller Does Rehab at Home
TMZ.Com tells us that Brooke Mueller has left her second rehab facility and gone back to live at the family home … but this time she’s brought all the rehab professionals with her … TMZ has learned.
Sources tell us Brooke wanted to be back home with the kids since Charlie Sheen is now in rehab, and she brought along her sober coaches, therapists and others.
One person said there is so much luggage and so many people in the house “It looks like a circus.”
We’re told Charlie’s mom and dad, Martin Sheen, are also living at the house.
As for Charlie, we’re told he’s “calm and committed” after his first day of rehab.
Charlie Sheen – Legal Issues Before Rehab
TMZ.Com tells us that Charlie Sheen arrived at a rehab facility in the L.A. County area at 8 PM PT Tuesday … TMZ has learned.
Sheen’s rep said earlier in the day the “Two and a Half Men” star was already in rehab.
But sources tell TMZ there were several delays, primarily because Sheen’s team wanted to make sure there were no legal ramifications resulting from Charlie’s move.
Sources tell us Charlie had been “slipping” and that’s why he decided to go into rehab.
TMZ contacted Arnold Mordkin, the prosecutor in Charlie’s criminal case in Aspen, to find out if he was contacted by Charlie’s lawyers and whether he gave any assurance he would not try and revoke Charlie’s bail. Under the terms of bail, Charlie cannot take drugs or drink alcohol.
Mordkin sounded surprised but said he could not comment one way or the other.
As we first reported, Charlie is not in the same rehab facility as his wife, Brooke Mueller.
As for their kids, they were sleeping soundly Tuesday night. Charlie’s mom was at the house and Martin Sheen joined her after performing his play in L.A.
Dr. Conrad Murray: Something’s Rotten
TMZ.Com tells us that Dr. Conrad Murray‘s legal team believes the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is “suspiciously slow” in turning over documents from the Michael Jackson involuntary manslaughter investigation … sources close to the defense tell TMZ.
As one source puts it, “The prosecution had eight months to accumulate their evidence and we still haven’t received it. Something here isn’t right.”
Dr. Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter and the defense has not ruled out a plea bargain. But as one source connected to Murray tells TMZ — because the defense team hasn’t received the docs, “We don’t have enough to know if we’re going to deal.”
A spokesperson for the District Attorney’s Office calls any suggestion of impropriety “ridiculous,” saying, “There are hundreds of documents that are being stamped and when the process is completed, they will be turned over.”
‘Growing Pains’ Star — Battling Depression
TMZ.Com tells us that the parents of Andrew Koenig — who has reportedly been missing for the past week — described their son as “suffering from depression” and “not doing good” in the days leading up to his disappearance.
Judy and Walter Koenig (who played Pavel Chekov in the “Star Trek” series) tell TMZ the last time heard from Andrew was on February 9. They say his cell phone is turned off and that they have learned the last time his phone received a text was on February 16 in Vancouver.
They say he was last seen at a bakery in the Stanley Park area of Vancouver.
The Koenigs tell TMZ they plan to fly up to Vancouver in the next few days. They feel the police in Vancouver have been doing a good job so far.
Lance Miccio, who worked with Koenig on several projects, tells TMZ he reached out to Koenig about a project two weeks ago but Koening passed, saying he was “not going to work anymore.”
Right around that time, Miccio says Koenig dropped off a bag of Miccio’s stuff. Miccio says he hasn’t spoken to Koenig since.
Miccio also said he thought Koenig was “suffering from depression.”

Jillian Michaels Sued by Another Big, Big Fan
TMZ.Com tells us that if you’re keeping score at home, this is the third time Jillian Michaels has been sued over her line of fat burning pills — but this time, there are allegations they contain a “potentially lethal” blend of ingredients.
In the class action lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Kathy Hensley claims “The Biggest Loser” trainer “sold her proverbial soul to the devil” by teaming up with the companies that created her fat burner.
Hensley claims Jillian and those companies — Thin Care and Basic Research — failed to disclose that the main ingredients of the “Jillian Michael Maximum Strength Fat Burner” allegedly combine to make a “toxic cocktail.”
In the lawsuit, Hensley claims one of the pill’s ingredients — citrus aurantium — is “potentially lethal” and known to cause high blood pressure and serious cardiac problems in certain individuals.
Hensley filed the class action lawsuit against Jillian, Thin Care, Basic Research and Walgreens — and is suing for less than $5,000,000.
Two lawsuits ago, Jillian’s people told us the product was vetted by experts and she’s confident she’ll prevail in court.
Brittany Murphy’s Dad: I Was Denied from Grave
TMZ.Com tells us that Brittany Murphy‘s father claims he was turned away from the cemetery where his daughter is buried after he asked officials to point him in the direction of the star’s final resting place.
TMZ spoke with Angelo Bertolotti, who told us it all went down Monday afternoon when he arrived at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills and asked several employees for directions to Brittany’s grave.
Bertolotti claims he was directed to the main office where officials refused to give him any information about his daughter … despite the fact that Bertolotti claims he offered to provide proof of his relationship to Brittany.
FYI — Bertolotti is not listed on Brittany’s death certificate … the section marked “father” was left blank.
Bertolotti tells us he was “raging” after being denied … especially because he brought a special trinket to place on Brittany’s grave.
A Forest Lawn rep tells TMZ, their policy is to allow people with proof of a relationship to a deceased person, access to the gravesite. The rep says they’re checking into what happened with Mr. Bertolotti.
But Bertolotti isn’t done fighting — he says he’s going to the L.A. County Coroner’s Office today to get his name on Brittany’s death certificate.
